 Version bump
 added water as a new resource
 it is now possible to build bridges across rivers
 The file format used to save games changed but old save games are still 
supported, fixes bug #9107


 Despite the major number seems to be increased it is mostly a bugfix release, 
the major number only defines file format version, but it is compatible with old 
version save games
