I re-installed Pardus 2011.2 in my laptop but accidentally changed the KDM Theme to the Oxygen one. The question is: how to change this theme and use the one that comes by default with pardus, since it doesn't apears in the KDM list in System Preferences? Using Kaptan doesn't help, because it has no option to fix KDM theme, only background image and general appearance. I tried deleting .kde folder, but anyways, it still doesn't shows original KDM theme. The --reinstall is very important. Maybe the files in /usr/share/kde4/apps/kdm/themes/pardus are corrupt? And the above --reinstall option will refresh all files in the above order. My next suggestion: To make sure that the problem is not caused by one of the system settings files do: sudo pisi it kdebase-workspace --reinstall And try it again.
